Valuing your life should be seen in the way you live it. You cannot claim to love your life and end up in bingeing sprees every spare time you have. To be anti-exercise is to encourage complacency in your body. Once you get to the point where you are lazy, your body goes downhill from there. If you are one of those people who don't want to tire yourself so much, then you could start with Yoga Exercise. It has a way of making you feel comfortable even when you are exercising. Many people who have tried it have loved it in the long run. They cannot believe that they were against it in the first place. Actually, most come to the conclusion that their life is so much healthier because they started doing yoga. They cannot understand how they stayed for so long without realizing what they have been missing in their life. It has reshaped everything from what they eat to what they think.
