There is a public speech that is supposed to be carried out in class next week and every student seems to be preparing themselves well for the speech so that they can win the prize mentioned. I on the other hand am a bit confused because I do not even have the topic of my speech in mind, given that you have to choose from the lessons that were carried out last week in class. I have seen that everybody has come up with something over the easiest lesson that we had, leaving behind lessons such as book by isbn titles that we also covered. I think that I will settle for this topic for my speech but then I will need more information on the topic to make my speech livelier and one that makes sense. I hope that having stood out with my choice of topic will be a way through to the prize that has been put to mention, and I am sure that this is a great opportunity for me to succeed in the speech to be presented before my class. |

Beauty is a topic that is talked about so many times that one wonders what is in this small word. Imagine a world that had nothing beautiful in it. I can not bring myself to fully think of this situation. As you walk down the streets, a dazzling beautiful lady can bring you back to a state of being happy no matter what your mood was like before you spotted her. There are so many things that one can do on a social site like facebook for example. Communication is one of the many actions that get carried out on facebook. I have seen this with my roommate who has friends in different university that are located at different ends of the country. Her father is an ambassador and her high school education has been in an academy overseas and this is where she met her friends whose parents traveled a lot too. She gets to see them two weekends every month, they at times go to road trips, or go to camps and hikes together. There was a time she was receiving an achievement award and they all flew in to be there for and she has done the same for them. She even knows how to create group in facebook so that she can be able to communicate with all of them. They always post on the wall of the group their latest developments in their lives and also that is the place where they brainstorm on ideas of their next rendezvous. |

My sister went through a very traumatic episode when she was a teenager and this made her put a halt on all manners of dating. She has zero trust in men and I do not blame her because they gave her a very good reason for her no t to trust them when she was young, and even if there were just a few men, it is hard for her to tell if a man is that brutal or just plain nice. Now she has finally met a guy she is beginning to trust but the problem is the guy has an identical twin and as much as she can tell who her man is she still feels nervous around them. Whenever she is meeting them, she brings me along and we worked on a device to know which is which. One of them bought her a flower on Facebook and my brother contacted the facebook support team to confirm the transaction by an address and a middle name and that helped even me tell the difference of those two. Now we do not confuse the both of them and that is a good thing especially her. |

Graffiti today is seen as urban poetry, the Picasso of the 21st century. It’s inspired by ones emotions, experience, surrounding and yah that dirty wall and spray can. Graffiti tries to renew the urban decay of our deteriorating streets. People are even choosing to buy Banksy prints - so it surely is art when people are handing over cash for it!
So when are we going to embrace it as today’s modern art to beautify and abstract our much too monotonous streets. The best thing is that graffiti changes. So from basic baby drawings on your $500 dollar wall paper that make you want to strangle her but you still take that memorable picture of that crazy doodling that’s going to cost you an arm and a leg, to the works of lady pink, Retna Saber Revok, Marquis Lewis, Banksy that portray timeless art and always seam to catch ones raw emotions. I can't wait to see when we start chipping off walls from buildings just to preserve a once much loathed piece of art, seen now as a timeless just like those Indian cave drawings discovered by the greedy men in search for wealth. |

Facebook is a networking site that makes it possible for people to come back together and rebuild their relationships even after being absent from each other for a long time. Those people who you were friends with in your childhood yet you do not know where in the world they live can be traced through facebook. This has made past friendship revived and hence all who are using this site are happy. However when signing up for to facebook you should make sure that your profile is decent because you may never know who will check out the page. If you already feel you need to change you may think of deleting the facebook account. At this point the question to ask is how do i delete my facebook account? You can do this by login in your facebook account, then scroll down and you will see a question asking if you want to delete your account and here is where you should click and the process is over. Social networks have become addictive and some people have the tendency to misuse them. Every social network has rules and they are more or less the same. Any person who wishes to joining any social network should be more that eighteen years old. you are also not supposed to put pictures that portray any kind of nudity should also not be put in social networks like face book and also obscene language with any discriminative nature should not be put up too. There is a time i tried to log in and I could not log in and I kept on wondering what was wrong and I emailed facebook customer care and asked them why is my account disabled on facebook. But they did not give me a concrete answer so I tried to investigate and find out why and when it happened.I found out that it was not just only me but a group of my friends and the one thing in common we had apart from being friends, is the fact that we were all tagged in a picture that offended people in facebook and that is why our accounts were disabled because many people reported it. |

Facebook has become an instant way to communicate with other people who are far from us. Every time I sit down and turn my computer on, facebook is the first website I open. I guess I&rsquom not the only one who does this almost every one who has their own facebook accounts prioritize opening the website. Some of my friends suggested that I should also try myspace, it may not be as the same as facebook but still it can connect me to my friends. I am not really good on myspace, which is normal for first timers, to the point that I had to ask my friends How To Align Text On Myspace. Although it seems to be complicated at first, I would still want to be familiar with it for a change. Although facebook is my favorite website, I also want to explore other social networking sites. Myspace is not commonly used in the Philippines, maybe because facebook is the only website that is frequently mentioned. Aside from that, it is also a hassle to have too many social networking sites, that&rsquos maybe why people would prefer to have facebook rather than myspace. |

An Inexpensive Gift Item for Office Warriors
I am thankful for the desktop business card holder my friend has given me last Christmas. This is probably the kind of gift that someone will be thankful for. I am making the most out of this item up to this point. This is where I put all the business cards that I am receiving everyday. This allows me to make the cards organized and easier to find when the need for it arises. In fact, because of the benefits I gained from this item, I am also thinking of purchasing desktop business card holder for my friend, who is about to celebrate her birthday next week. I am on a tight budget but I am certain that I can have this at a very low price. I know that she’ll be glad to have a desktop business card holder, given the fact that she’s working as an insurance agent, which requires her to keep different people’s business cards. |

One really fun way of spending the day is going on twitter. I have 123 fans or followers. I follow 52 people in twitter including my friends and celebrities. I lug my laptop around sniffing for free wireless connections wherever I go. Once online, I go to twitter and start checking out the latest posts from my favorites and the latest addition to my followers. Maintaining contact and updates can be difficult though if I have to depend on my laptop. So, I asked, "can i twitter from my cell phone?" on twitter. I got so many replies on that! There were people asking about the model of my phone. Others wanted to know what the operating system is and if I had wireless on it. They got too technical for me there. I only know how to use my laptop for checking email and going to twitter. I have no technical know-how beyond that. But it would really be nice if I could twitter while on the go, using my phone. If my phone cannot do that, I may invest in a new one. |

I have been having on and off problems with my facebook account page. Sometimes it will let me in and sometimes it wont! it seems completely random though. I have not altered anything on my account so i do not know why it will not work. I have tried looking for a facebook email address so i can get in contact with them but it seems almost impossible! the have no real way of getting in touch. God forbid i try and find a phone number for them!. My friends have said that they are impossible to reach because they have all at some point tried to do it to report various issues and problems with the site or their accounts. All i want to do at this point is just tell them about the problem, im not even bothered if it doesn't get fixed straightaway i just want them to be aware of it so they can fix it when they get round to it. If i dont find something soon i am going to give up on them! |
