For any business to prosper then there have to be someone who will buy the items so that the business person can get new items. Ever thought of how it could if no one bought anything from the shop then it would mean that the business person would incur all the losses cause first the goods will go bad and others will go out of fashion. So in order for a seller to make it in his business then it means he or she has to have customers who will buy his items. A consumer is anyone that uses any good or service in which he or she gets it from a shop or buys it online cause nowadays people can do shopping online. Every consumer has a right and so in case they have any complains about a product they bought they can always log in to consumer website complaints. Here they write down all the complaints that they have The consumer policy always checks on the complains and they try to rectify where they can.
