Figuring Out Why My Cell Phone Can't Receive Picture Messages

A friend of mine called me up a while ago to ask me if I was able to receive the picture messages she sent me. I was surprised with what she said because I never experienced receiving any of it from the day I acquired my cell phone. This device was given to me by husband as a present for my 35th birthday. It’s been three months but I have to admit that I am still not well-acquainted with it. I wonder how to deal with phone not receiving picture messages. I guess it has something to do with the settings. However, I do not want to change its set up for I might do it the wrong way. Maybe I have to research on this matter using my access to the web first. I am certain that there are support references I can consult to know about its proper settings. I am planning to check on the website of the gadget’s manufacturer. I am also thinking of calling its hotline. I need to resolve these issues the soonest possible time for my friends are sending me picture messages and I do not want to give them an impression that I am taking their efforts for granted.
