Having major issues with the facebook account

I have been having on and off problems with my facebook account page. Sometimes it will let me in and sometimes it wont! it seems completely random though. I have not altered anything on my account so i do not know why it will not work. I have tried looking for a facebook email address so i can get in contact with them but it seems almost impossible! the have no real way of getting in touch. God forbid i try and find a phone number for them!. My friends have said that they are impossible to reach because they have all at some point tried to do it to report various issues and problems with the site or their accounts. All i want to do at this point is just tell them about the problem, im not even bothered if it doesn't get fixed straightaway i just want them to be aware of it so they can fix it when they get round to it. If i dont find something soon i am going to give up on them!
