On My Synovial Fluid on the Knees

I suffered an accident falling down stairs leaving the apartment where my friend lived this initially manifested itself as an acute inflammation of my right knee. The hospital gave me anti-inflammatories to take care of this. However, this resulted in no improvement.

I proceeded onto physiotherapy which helped relieve the situation a little with the passage of time. However the inflammation was still there, and only a little reduced. After several tests and x-rays, I was diagnosed with having a build up of synovial fluid on the knees. It took many more months of physiotherapy to reduce this down to a pain-free existence.

My advice is to always get a second medical opinion on your health problem if the first opinion is anything less than unequivocal. Why wait months to find out that opinion was wrong? Get two opinions - you'll likely find they have the same diagnosis which is good anyway, as it confirms the first opinion. Not only that, but brush up on your own knowledge. There are many courses you can take to improve your understanding - from kinesiology training to acupuncture courses.
