Problems with my msn account and also aim

I have been logging into aim and msn for a number of years now. I have never had a problem with either of them until now, i forgot my aim username so i am a bit stuck now. I have tried following the forgot username steps but i think they are sending the info out to an old email address. I am not able to change this address over by the looks of it. I do not want to start a new account if i don't have to because this would be a real pain in the backside and i do not want to go through adding all my contacts and stuff again. My msn account is still working ok so i can only assume it is my fault, i did use to have it store my username but i think i may have deleted this by mistake. Short of finding a number for the team that runs aim i am not sure if i will be able to recover this. I only need to speak to someone who can see my details and just tell me what the username is. I can answer any security question that needs answering.
