I shudder to think what would happen if there were no hospitals at all. No doubt the scenario would be very bad and the population would definitely be very low. You will agree with me that hospitals are a necessity in the world. Hospitals or health care centers have a number of activities that take place and it is almost impossible for the employees to be able to carry out everything. Take for example cleaning. Cleanliness in an hospital is very important for apart from creating a conducive healing environment, it makes it hard for germs to be present. With this in mind, the human resource person at the hospital can outsource call centre help which will look for a company that offers cleaning services and in this way all responsibility falls entirely on the call center. If a shoddy cleaning job is done, the person to question is the call center who can withdraw the services of the cleaners and get others from a reputable cleaning company. The hospital also does not pay the cleaners directly. Payments are done to the call center who sorts out the wages/salaries of the workers.
