The trend is now watching DVDs downloaded from places like Netflix. how to connect netflix to tv ? You will need some way of connecting your TV to the Internet and the most popular is using either a Netflix ready device or your computer. Since Netflix goes through the Internet you have to hook up your TV to your DSL or cable modem. To do this you will need something that will connect both the TV and modem and a newer laptop is an easy way of doing it. This is great whenever you have the new LCD or plasma TV with HDMI cable connections and a laptop that also has HDMI connections. My television is a plasma HD TV and my laptop is an HP in both has the HDMI connections so what I do is I connect one end of the cable to my laptop and then the other to the back of my TV and set my graphics card to run two monitors. When I do this whatever comes to my laptop also goes through my TV just like having two monitors.
